HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We retain CCTV footage for a period of 5 days from the date of recording. This retention period is determined based on our legitimate business needs, including ensuring the security of our premises, staff, and visitors, and to assist in the investigation of any incidents.

After this period, recordings are automatically deleted or securely overwritten, unless required for a longer period due to an ongoing investigation, legal requirement, or law enforcement request.
