LAUNCH 50
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
Our LAUNCH 50 classes are designed with a supportive and approachable pace, focusing on building strength and creating confidence on the reformer. You'll learn the fundamentals of the SPACE Method through controlled, low-impact movement while still experiencing a challenging and effective full-body workout.
While perfect for complete beginners, LAUNCH 50 is also ideal for clients who enjoy a more foundational training style and wish to continue progressing at this level long-term. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, looking to rebuild confidence in your body, seeking a gentler approach to strength training, or simply prefer a slower-paced class, LAUNCH 50 is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence. Best for: New clients, all fitness levels, those learning the SPACE Method, and anyone who enjoys a more slower paced class
SPACE 50
INTERMEDIATE
SPACE 50 is our signature class, combining resistance-based training, dynamic movement and Pilates principles to deliver a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance and confidence. Expect controlled movements, progressive loading and results-driven programming designed to help you feel stronger both in and out of the studio.
Designed for clients who are confident using the reformer and ready to progress beyond the foundations, SPACE 50 introduces greater intensity, more complex movement patterns and increased physical challenge, while remaining rooted in the strength-focused principles of the SPACE Method. Suitable for those who have completed Launch 50 or have previous reformer experience, SPACE 50 is designed to empower you, elevate your training and help unlock your strongest self.
SPACE 35
ALL LEVELS
WELCOME TO REFORMER BOOTCAMP
SPACE 35 is where the SPACE Method turns up the volume. Combining reformer-based strength training with off-bed conditioning, this high-energy workout delivers maximum impact in just 35 minutes. Expect powerful full-body programming, quick transitions, elevated intensity and an atmosphere that keeps you moving from the moment class begins.
With the music up, the energy high and no time to waste, SPACE 35 is designed to challenge strength, endurance and mental grit whilst delivering serious results. Suitable for all levels, but not for standing still. We recommend completing LAUNCH 50 or SPACE 50 first to familiarise yourself with the SPACE Method before stepping into Reformer Bootcamp.
LEVEL UP
ADVANCED
TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Our advanced reformer class for clients ready to go even further with the SPACE Method. Using additional equipment, greater resistance and progressive sequences, LEVEL UP is designed to challenge strength, control and coordination whilst taking your training beyond SPACE 50. Not suitable for beginners. SPACE 50 experience recommended.

20 CLASS PASS
You've found your flow. Now it's time to keep moving! 20 classes to be booked within 12 weeks.

For the SPACE lovers, the routine-builders and the reformer regulars. 30 classes to be booked within 16 weeks.
